New York, USA-based psychedelic electronica act Deep Dive Species first came to our attention in 2022 through their track and video One Hand Clap, and we’ve not had a chance to share more music from them until now.

Though very much a similar electronic sound introduced to us by One Hand Clap, Deep Dive Species’ new track Adventus shows us their rock side. Live guitars mingle within the electronica, creating a wonderfully unique composition with plenty of atmosphere. Slowing build, it starts stripped-back and ponderous before arriving at a grungy groove that takes us through to its questioning finish.

Adventus was composed and produced by Vadim Milistin and Sergey Popovich, and was mastered by Bill Sellar at Super Audio Mastering. The track comes complete with a video created by Segmentality and depicting the crash landing of a interstellar traveller. You can check it out below.
