London-based pop rock artist Tally Spear first came to my attention earlier this year thanks to her relatable track Here Comes The Rain. Now I’m pleased to welcome her back on the blog with a new single.

I Want to Want You brings together the sounds of some of Tally’s biggest influences in the world of rock and pop to create something that at once feels reassuringly familiar yet strikingly fresh. It’s the kind of track that you’d only get from Tally, with a bold and dramatic instrumental, and lyrics that hit the nail on the head as they tell a story of staying in a relationship too long.

Already a darling of BBC Radio 1, and selling out headline shows, it seems that Tally is well placed to be the next big thing in pop.
