I only discovered Stephanie Sammons a few months ago, but already she’s becoming one of my favourite new artists.

Living and Dying is another amazing piece of work from the American singer-songwriter. It’s mostly a country tune, but there are also moments of folk, pop and Americana thrown in for good measure, making for a perfect all-rounder of a track. The guitars are stunning here, seeing Stephanie perform some lovely fingerpicked melodies, with the occasional slide guitar motif in the background. Stephanie’s vocals are strong too, evoking a strong sense of passion as she croons along in nice style to the tune.
