Los Angeles-based artist Ray Silvers may still be rather young at just 23, but already she’s showing fantastic promise!

Palms is the first single to be released from Ray’s upcoming debut EP, showing that the record really has been worth the wait. It’s hard to characterise the track by genre – at times it’s poppy, yet there’s something of an experimental vibe to the tune, seeing Ray introduce some intriguing electronic effects that sound pretty eerie at times. It’s still pretty darn catchy though, as the music underpins Ray’s sultry vocal lines with great aplomb.
