Stoke-on-Trent-based rock band Camens have been all of these pages of late. Having first hit our radar in 2022, we’ve wasted little opportunity to share their music.

Sleep Patterns Repeating is one for the restless, exploring the feeling of being unable to rest due to endless thoughts rattling through your head. It’s more than likely a universal experience, and Camens taps into the anxiety of it with a tense indie rock arrangement that offers a sense of catharsis through soulful vocals and an explosive, anthemic chorus.

The track will feature on the band’s upcoming debut album WORK/LIFE/BALANCE set for release tomorrow (3 May 2024). Keep an eye on the name Camens, I expect it to blow up following the release of their album.
