Fast becoming one of our favourite artists, Gabrielle Ornate has been featuring on our blog since 2022. Her new single Nine Lives delves deep into the human psyche.

Nine Lives sees Gabrielle embrace the rock side of her sound, pairing it with some anthemic pop elements to create a rousing track that’s full of the uniqueness that we know and love from her. The lyrics are nicely laden with imagery in a cantering verse before things explode into an expansive, psychedelic chorus.

With her latest track, Gabrielle proves once again why she’s getting the attention that she is. BBC 6 Music’s Tom Robinson has urged us to remember her name and I can only echo that sentiment.
