It’s not all glum though. Sad Song combines an emotional story with some a folk-pop instrumental and relatable lyrics to give the listener a rich and atmospheric experience. A dream-like first verse gives plenty of space to Martina’s captivating vocals before the track arrives at a driving and memorable chorus. All the while, the lyrics give our hearts plenty to hold onto, bringing their tale to life with plenty of storytelling detail.

Martina Armour has everything she needs to be a pop sensation. I’ll be keeping close tabs on how her career progresses.
