Based in New York City, USA and London, I’MMORTAL is a cross-genre producer, vocalist, visual artist and creative director who is featuring on our pages for the first time with her new single KILLED U IN A DREAM.

There are a number of things that shape I’MMORTAL’s unique sound – her background playing violin in youth orchestras, her love for EDM, and her synaesthesia, a neurological conditional that causes the senses to blend.

We hear it all in KILLED U IN A DREAM, a dark and moody track that explores themes of revenge, grief and rebirth. The vocals are instantly striking in a stripped-back opening before we get a electronic groove in the verse. Plenty of experimentation sets the track apart from its pop contemporaries and we are always left guessing where the arrangement will take us next.
