Anyone who has struggled with depression, or has known someone who has, will find a lot to relate to in Bristol-based IOTA’s new single Hollow.

The track sees IOTA appear on our pages for the first time and it was one that I simply could not ignore. Hollow explores the feeling of watching someone who has lost all their fight through a haunting and hard-hitting rock arrangement with plenty of passion and soul. It’s a story close to the bands’ heart and something they want to bring out into the light for those suffering in silence.

Already being celebrated by the likes of BBC Radio 1’s Jack Saunders and Nels Hylton, we’re not the only ones catching onto IOTA’s unique sound. Keep an eye on these guys.
