Despite her young age, Edie is no stranger to this blog. We’ve been covering her music for almost a year now and she’s been nothing if not prolific in that time.
Her new single sees her sound mature further, taking it into a rockier direction with some big riffs, and a hard edge that perfectly contrasts her soft vocals. Vibrancy meets melancholy in an arrangement that feels very en vogue, and an anthemic chorus showcases some accomplished songwriting.
