Regular readers will know that we’ve been sharing a string of videos from Cologne, Germany-based singer songwriter Luna Keller, all taken from her concept album Ocean Inside Of Me.

Her latest Lighter Than Before is the ninth track and video in the series, and explores the moments after the darkness, when one has been through a mental health battle and has come out the other side. It is, of course, a light and airy number where the warmth of Luna’s vocals are smile-inducing. The imagery of her lyrics brings its emotion to life and a soaring, folksy chorus will lift your heart.

There’s one more chapter to come from Ocean Inside Of Me before the album is released this summer.

Lighter Than Before was produced in collaboration with California, USA-based Dominic Romano and includes a choir that features Luna’s parents. It’s out now and you can check out its joyful video below.
