Toulon is the new demo track from Paris, France-based artist Kalupto and comes complete with an intimate performance video.

We’ve featured Kalupto on these pages before, but it’s been almost a year since I discovered their music through their self-titled single.
Toulon is a wonderfully delicate track rendered immediate by its demo style. Gentle keys set the emotional tone before Kalupo’s soulful vocals come in. They deliver heartfelt lyrics in the first verse and things build nicely to a memorable and passionate chorus. The intensity of it all is rendered all the more powerful by the live performance.
