The last time we shared new music from Carrie Welling was in 2021, so it’s great to finally have her back!

Goodbye You is a fantastic return to form for the American singer-songwriter, showing her talent hasn’t abated at all since we last heard her music! It’s a pop-rock song with a country twist, although the guitar licks also have something of a bluesy feel, melding the genres together nicely. The riffs sound really groovy here, adding a little bit of edge to the tune, working well with the catchy melodies and Carrie’s vocals. It’s the sort of song that will absolutely get stuck in your head on the first listen – find out for yourselves below!
