American singer-songwriter Ella Stallion is a new discovery of mine, but her music is that good I’m sure we’ll be sharing more in the future!

Ella specialised in a form of folk music that also has elements of country and Americana, leaning more towards a nu-folk sound than anything else. Permanent Stay is very well produced, sounding absolutely perfect in every single way! The acoustic guitars are layered in a lovely way, with some faint stringed instruments also heard at times in the background. Whilst the music is delightful though, Ella’s vocals are something else, carrying a great depth of emotion in her voice!
