American folk-rockers Wax Owls should need no introduction, as we’ve shared their music quite a few times over the years.

The Waiting Room shows why these guys have become so beloved by their fans (and us!) – it’s a stripped-down indie-folk song with a catchy melody, designed to get stuck in your head straight away. The piano and guitars mix nicely with the bass and drums to create a full sound, showing the pure songwriting talent that these guys have. The vocals are absolutely on point here too, crooning along to the catchy musical motifs in a soulful way. Give The Waiting Room a go if you’ve not checked out Wax Owls yet!
