Hailing from down the road in Leeds, Opheliah are quickly becoming favourites here at York Calling. They’ve just released their latest track, Don’t Stop Falling Apart.
By Graeme Smith
Fronted by indie songwriter and producer Tim Malkin, Opheliah first featured on our pages in February this year through his track By My Side.
Now joining forces with drummer Jake Greenway, bassist Ciaran Scanlon, and keyboardist Ed Allen, the full band version of Opheliah have given us a soulful new track, Don’t Stop Falling Apart. Opening with searching guitar, it sets a laidback yet melancholic tone from the off. Tim’s vocals shine as they tell a story of camaraderie.
The track will feature on the band’s debut album, Gone Long Enough, set for release 4 October 2024 via Frictionless Music.
Don’t Stop Falling Apart is out now and you can give it a listen below.
