Linebug continue their exploration of forgotten, East German towns with latest track and video, When We Find It.

The Danish duo, who now call East Germany home, have been releasing a string of singles and videos, each focussing on a different location in their adopted home. When We Find It celebrates Eythra. The town would have been over 1000 years old this year, had it not been demolished in the 1980s to excavate coal.

It is, of course, an incredible story and one that Linebug beautifully bring to life in their inimitable style through a gentle, folksy instrumental and delicate vocals. A video brings Eythra back to life through photos, maps and animation.

The track will feature alongside Linebug’s other tributes to East Germany on the album Portraits of Invisible Places. You can check out its video below.
