Angel Murray gives us conflicted emotion and vibrant alternative pop with new single, You Wish.

Angel is a London-based pop artist who explores the genres of dark pop, alt-pop and indie pop. Her music has appeared on our pages twice before thanks to her debut double-A side and follow up single, Credibility.

Her new track You Wish is about being in a relationship with someone who isn’t over their ex, the complications that brings, and the empathy one can feel for the other person involved. The emotion is brought to life through Angel’s ever soulful vocals and an experimental alternative pop instrumental that is rich with a sense of conflict. A lingering chorus proves to be a vibrant highlight.
