Ruby Tingle explores the complexity of a long-distance relationship with experimental new single, Here To Nest.

A Manchester-based artist who has just spent time in residency at the Met Bury, Ruby Tingle is new to our blog thanks to her latest single, Here To Nest.

It’s the third track in a trilogy of releases which also includes Tropical Heat and Dune Lovin’, all three released via No Such Thing Records. About the unrest of a long distance relationship, it brings complex emotion to life through a textured and experimental composition. Elements of pop swirl together with something altogether more Avant Garde, all anchored by expressive, part-sung, part-whispered vocals.
