As York Calling’s resident classical music fan, I’m always on the lookout for new artists in the genre, with MAXIIM being a fantastic new discovery of mine.

Bloom Of Love is the first song I’ve heard from MAXIIM, but no doubt I’ll be sharing more from him in the near future, as it really is an amazing piece of work. It’s more of a neoclassical piece, featuring a beautiful piano motif as the main instrumentation, flowing along nicely here. The piano slowly picks up the pace on occasion, branching out into a haunting melody that really gets underneath your skin, conjuring up evocative images in the mind. If you like your classical or neoclassical music, Bloom Of Love is a must try!
