With help from British producer James Brown, CMON CMON are poised to release a new EP, teased by latest single, Turn Off The Lights.

CMON CMON are a Belgian alternative rock band who have featured on this blog twice before. Now they’re back with the second single from upcoming EP, Headwind, set for release 14 March 2025.

The track opens in the typical raw and raucous fashion that we’re used to from CMON CMON but one notices something elevated in James’s production. The result is an emotional and anthemic number with a killer chorus. Much like previous single All The Other Kids, there’s more than a hint of nostalgia about it all.

A truly international affair, the track was recorded at Trypoul Studio in The Netherlands, mixed at JBJ Studio in Portobello Road, London, and mastered by Carl Saff in Chicago, USA. It’s out now and you can give it a listen below.
