Coming to our attention through her fourth single release, Chayne is a London-based, teenage pop and rock artist who is new to our blog.

Don’t Make Me Laugh gives us bold, defiant alternative pop, pairing searching guitar with compelling vocals. The verse swings along with a powerful sense of emotion before we are hooked by a singalong chorus. Lyrically, it dwells on how we can’t always rely on honesty, even from those we’re closest to.
Chayne has roots both here in the UK and the continent, moving from Southern France at the age of five. She blends both cultures into her music, giving it a sense of uniqueness and broad appeal. It’s an exciting combination, and I’m certainly looking forward to hearing how her sound develops.
Don’t Make Me Laugh is out now and you can give it a listen below.
