Hana Piranha is a familiar face on our blog, having first featured on these pages in 2023 as part of Birdeatsbaby. We’ve since shared several of her tracks and her album Wingspan.

Her latest, Elixir of Life, is taken from that album and draws on Oscar Wilde’s A Picture of Dorian Grey to show the dark side of beauty. Instrumentally, it gives us some bold alternative rock which nicely contrasts to Hana’s soft yet biting vocals. An attitude chorus is the highlight.

The track comes complete with a video in which the story of the song comes to life through a possessed ballet performance. You can check out the video below.
