With a transatlantic connection, SPIKY and Kris Kiss team up for motivating anthem, Smile.

Opening with a pumping rhythm and Kris Kiss’s rapped verse, Smile is the kind of track that instantly grabs you. Born in London, Kris’s English twang provides bit of cheekiness to a song that doesn’t spare one’s blushes in the lyrics. A hyperpop-infused chorus seals the deal. Smile is one of the catchiest tunes I’ve heard for awhile.

Hailing from upstate New York, SPIKY is a fiercely independent artist who isn’t afraid to tread her own path in the music industry. Collaborator Kris, too, has a uniqueness to his sound, and has scored dance hits with the likes of Steve Aoki and Laidback Luke.
