Grief arrives slowly then quickly overwhelms you and it’s a process perfectly captured by the construction of Smalltown Morals’ new single. An understated intro lulls you into a false sense of security before the expressive vocals devastate you. The lyrics hit hard in the verse before things becomes climactic in the chorus.
