Written by her friend Ross (Big Bill Hendo) for his wife and son while fighting (and sadly losing) a battle with cancer, Dear Sweet Lover is the latest collaborative single from Luna Keller.

For Ross, who performed as Big Bill Hendo, this is a posthumous release, pieced together using his vocals from TikTok. Luna worked with her longtime producer Dominic to restore them and pull the track together. Thankfully, Ross had the chance to hear the completed demo before passing, and approved.

Of course, it’s an emotional track, steeped in the acoustic folk we know and love from Luna. Her vocals work beautifully with Ross’s and the poignancy of the lyrics are expertly captured.

All proceeds from the track will go to Ross’s wife Jordan and their son. Dear Sweet Lover is out now and you can give it a listen below.
