Faith can mean different things to different people, and we find it in different ways. For Stephen Royal, his journey was driven by the loss of two close relatives.

He lost his aunt in 2012 and his father in 2024, driving his music in a spiritual direction. His single Pray is the embodiment of this journey. Opening delicately, plenty of space is left for his emotive vocals and their story.

Combining R&B, rock, and hip-hop elements, Royal is an innovative artist with a strong point of view. If you consider yourself religious or not, his work is worth exploring.
