If you’ve somehow managed to miss our previous reviews of The Howlers’ music, then L.A. Morning is a good jumping off point. It’s an indie rock song with a difference, also featuring an atmospheric bent and what sounds like a cool banjo melody fingerpicked at intervals, laid out against the buzzsaw guitar licks and huge rhythm section. This is clearly the sound of a band that know what they’re doing (both inside and outside of the studio), as they’ve created a killer tune here that will sound epic live – see for yourselves below!
