It’s one thing to create an EP, it’s quite another to do it solo in a home studio with minimal kit and have it tell a rich story. That’s exactly what we get with Tessa and Friends’ new release, SUNRISE HUNTERS.

We’ve had a couple of tastes of the EP already through singles The Loser Gets Set Free and its title track and they whetted our appetite sufficiently. The final product doesn’t disappoint.

SUNRISE HUNTERS is alive with ‘80s electro beats and soft yet impactful vocals. A concept EP, it tells the story of chasing dreams, friendship and finding confidence, all wrapped up in cassette-based nostalgia.
