I was introduced to the wonderful world of Bliss Carmxn (real name Adam Kaasa) through his remarkable single Caffeine Orange.

If you haven’t checked out the single and read my interview with him, I’d urge you to do so.
The London-based, Canada-born artist’s latest single is called One Shot, an indie-pop anthem about reclaiming a space. Produced by ROOKES (Jen Bulcraig), the single centres on the story of a “purple disco queen” and unfolds against a frenetic electronic arrangement that becomes catchy and groovy in the chorus. It’s the perfect combination of the upbeat and the unique.
One Shot is out now, and you can listen to it below.
