Two of Britain’s most enduring singer-songwriters bring a joint tour to Yorkshire next summer, with Jack Savoretti and James Morrison co-headlining The Piece Hall, Halifax, on Friday 18 June 2027, and Scarborough Open Air Theatre on Friday 9 July.

The double-headline format sees each artist taking turns to close the show across both dates.

Savoretti arrives on the back of a genuine milestone year: his ninth studio album, We Will Always Be The Way We Were, marks 20 years since his 2005 debut, and finds him reconnecting with the raw, cinematic storytelling that first defined his sound. He’s since sold out a 20th-anniversary show at the Royal Albert Hall and made a surprise appearance alongside KT Tunstall at the Isle of Wight Festival.

Morrison, meanwhile, continues to prove his staying power two decades after “You Give Me Something” first made his name. Last year’s Fight Another Day gave him his highest UK chart position in 14 years, and he returns to Scarborough having previously played there as The Script’s special guest in 2022 — this time as a headliner in his own right.

Both venues are coming off record-breaking seasons: The Piece Hall sold 225,000 tickets across 42 shows in 2026, while Scarborough OAT shifted 175,000 across 28 gigs. This pairing marks the first 2027 headline announcement for both.
