The Amy Winehouse Band Celebrate 20 Years of Back to Black at York Barbican

The Amy Winehouse Band will launch their Back to Black 20th anniversary tour at York Barbican on Thursday 22 October.

October marks 20 years since the release of Back to Black, the album that took Amy Winehouse from a rising British talent to a global name. The Amy Winehouse Band, her original band who were with her from her earliest gigs in London pubs through her rise, are marking the anniversary with a tour of more than 50 UK dates that runs into 2027.

The band is led by Amy’s long-time musical director and bass player Dale Davis, and features members who both toured and recorded with her. “It’s still an honour, pleasure and privilege to be performing these songs, from this timeless classic,” says Davis. The group completed a sold-out UK tour in 2025, and the anniversary run follows a special one-off performance of the album in full at the Roundhouse in London on 21 October with Mark Ronson and guests. Tickets are available from York Barbican.
