’90s indie legends The Coral have made a welcome return to the UK scene with a new single and video Eyes Like Pearls.

The charming animated video is a snapshot of the life of an adorable little robot and his misadventures. The track is equally charming, with a tinge of ’50s rock and roll in the arrangement and a big, harmonious chorus.

After a five-year hiatus, The Coral first reformed back in 2016 and this is a welcome extension to their recent work. You’ll be able to catch them on tour in October with a stop at Leeds Beckett Student Union on the 6th. Grab your tickets and check out Eyes Like Pearls below.
