Swindon dance artist Chaney returns to York Calling with new banger Headaches.
By Graeme Smith
Chaney first hit out radar with the immensely infectious Dixons, a throwback dance classic. Headaches has got us similarly worked up but this time Chaney has impressed us with a sense of illustration and philosophy. A thumping beat builds up while Chaney spouts his own brand of poetry.
Alongside Dixons, Headaches features on Chaney’s four-track EP #SAVESWINDON, a tongue-in-cheek exploration of modern culture through the medium of the Great British Rave. There really is very little out there in music like Chaney at the moment and I love his uniqueness. Check out Headaches below.
