American indie rock artist Derek Senn has a touch of Bob Dylan about him in new track Have A Nice Day.

Have A Nice Day is an ironic platitude to life in a rut. Bright guitars disguise the sheer desolation of mediocrity of taking prescription pills and applying make-up to make it through the day. There’s a pleasant genuineness in Derek’s songwriting and both his writing and vocal style reminds me of Bob Dylan or, more contemporaneously, Conor Oberst.
