Sprints are an alternative rock band from Dublin who are riding the wave of Ireland’s punk and post-punk revival.

Their new track The Cheek is a bass-and-drums-heavy chant of a track that acts as a rebuttal to over-confident men everywhere. It’s unashamedly simple, getting straight to the point and taking no prisoners. You really can’t beat a good punk song, and this is one of them.
Coming out of Dublin, Sprints show a side of Irish music that might often get drowned out on an international stage by Riverdance and Westlife. It’s great to hear what they’re putting out. I hope you enjoy The Cheek as much as I did. Check it out below.
