Over this festive period, we’ve got a chance to look back at some of the artists we got to hear this year but never shared with you. Next up is Canadian pianist Sarah Watson with her track Kenneth Brown.

Kenneth Brown is a tribute to Sarah’s grandfather. As Sarah explains, Kenneth was always full of the spirit of adventure and that’s the feeling that comes across through Sarah’s track. Delivered simply through unaccompanied piano, the melody floats up hopefully towards the clouds. As a piece, it’s short and sweet but really feels like a loving tribute. Check it out below.
