A couple of weeks ago I shared LoveLeo’s awesomely fresh bedroom pop track BUZZCUT. His new one is a hyperpop collaboration with the tremendous Rico Nasty and is called TUNG TIED.

The new track riffs on the same theme of BUZZCUT – taking a swipe at the image obsessed culture that exists on social media sites like Instagram. In the video, Leo embodies an alien who has encountered human culture for the first time and it’s fair to say he’s not impressed.
The track itself pops, with Leo and Rico trading verses over a lively two minutes. I said in my review of BUZZCUT that Leo represents the future of pop and TUNG TIED is further proof of that. It’s music for the post-pop generation. Check out the video below.
