Dark Days is the new track from Danish alternative R&B producer Alexander Grandjean. The second track of his we’ve shared, this one sees him team up with fellow Dane ALEA on vocals.
By Graeme Smith
Dark Days, as you might expect from the title, is moody and soul-searching. ALEA’s vocals are stunningly beautiful but it’s the broody modern R&B instrumentals that really make Dark Days. Percussion and bass layer with brass and synths to great effect. It will have you questioning everything you know – in a good way.
The track is the first single from Alexander’s forthcoming EP Amor Fati, which follows the release of his first solo album earlier this year, after ten years of producing for other artists.
