Carmody is a British indie electronic artist who takes her cues from the likes of Radiohead and Daughter. Her latest release is a meditation on the past, co-written by Alfa Mist and featuring Laura Misch on sax. It’s called Memory.

Memory is a track that slowly develops, with a moody, downtempo arrangement that draws from jazz as much as it draws from electronica. Carmody’s vocals are prominent, and are the powerhouse of this track, delivery emotive poetry that will stick with you.
