T.I.G.Y. are a British dream pop duo who first hit our pages earlier this summer through their beautiful EP Sunny Dog Days. Now they’re back with a new track, a unique cover of Miike Snow’s Animal.

Animal is one of those track’s you’ll likely instantly recognise when you hear it, such was the success of the original. It’s a tall order to cover it, but T.I.G.Y. nail it, taking the song, slowing it down and recreating its message through their own style. Bailey Tzuke’s vocals are delicate yet soaring while Matthew Racher’s arrangement hits hard.
