Ukrainian alternative rock outfit Viscula have been putting out music for twenty years, but only just came to my attention at the end of last year thanks to their experimental EP IV. They have a new EP on the way called We Are One Body from which their latest single Dance Cannot Be Killed is taken.

Dance Cannot Be Killed represents the American leg of their career. As such, it’s bold, brash and has a teeth-bearing sort of upbeat-ness. Classic and garage rock themes meeting with pop elements and experimental uniqueness. Its bright beginning moves into something a little more prog in the track mid-section but it never loses its energy.

It’s another great offering from a band who clearly dance to their own drum. You can check out Dance Cannot Be Killed below.
