It’s almost a year to the day that Future Cavemen, the alternative rock project of Somerset-based Joe Tennant, burst onto my radar thanks to his incredible track Chalk Lines. So, it seems only suitable that we share his latest bold track and video. It’s called Elephant Footprints.

Elephant Footprints was written during a hectic phase of Joe’s life. Working long hours putting up stages for the London Olympics, all while also partying hard took its toll on him mentally. These circumstances poured into Elephant Footprints, forming a waltzing bass groove and expansive psych rock style chorus.

It certainly feels like a progression of Joe’s sound and his music continues to excite me. You can check out the video for Elephant Footprints below.
