Son.Person is a Memphis, USA-based alternative rock and pop artist who has just hit my radar through his unconventional love story. It’s called Here To Stay.

Here To Stay has an atmospheric arrangement that hits you straight from its echoing intro. What really grabbed me though was the charismatic vocals. They’re emphasised by some beautiful harmonies and the emotion of the track threatens to overwhelm you. Primarily a love song, Here To Stay goes deeper than most. There’s an intensity to it that was breathtaking.

Though new to us, Son.Person has been performing music for ten years, merging elements of pop, hip-hop and R&B alongside rock. He’s quite the songwriter and Here To Stay is a belter. You can give it a listen below.
