Mother Vulture are a Bristol-based rock band who have caught my attention through their frenetic new track Monster Crunch.

At just over two minutes long, Monster Crunch is punk in the truest form of the word. There’s not a note wasted as they smash through its dramatic story. Among its cast of characters are big riffs, passionate vocals and macabre imagery.

The track will feature on the band’s forthcoming debut album Mother Knows Best which is set for release on 25 November. The band will be touring the UK to celebrate the album, including a stop just down the road at the New Adephi, Hull on 7 December. If you’re inspired to catch them live, be sure to bring your air guitar and prepare for some severe head-banging.
