If you’ve been following our blog for awhile then you’ll likely have heard Maya Yenn’s How Much Sadness Can You Swallow? before. If you have, then you’ll likely appreciate why I’m sharing it again. This time it’s as a result of a new remix courtesy of London-based electronic producer Jasno.

How Much Sadness Can You Swallow? is one of those tracks that always sticks with me, and it’s never too far away from popping into my head. This new remix gives it a ’90s techno twist, with a pumping beat and delicate electronic layers. Yet, the heart of the track isn’t lost, and it remains a stone cold earworm.

The last time we shared this track it was to celebrate its music video, self-directed by and starring Maya. The video went on to win Best Music Video at the British Independent Film Festival. Maya really is a class above. I can’t wait to hear what comes next from her. You can check out Jasno’s remix below.
