Cassidy Maude is a Nashville, USA-based singer songwriter who has teamed up with guitarist and co-writer Blank Fowler for their latest. The pair have something of informal arrangement, with both artists running their own bands and coming together occasionally to write duets. The track is called Housefire.

Housefire is a song about longing and desperation and that comes strongly through its intimate and emotive composition. Delicate acoustic guitar opens things up before Cassidy’s pleading vocals come in. Cassidy has the kind of voice that instantly steals your heart and the story in Housefire’s lyrics will haunt you.
