Haley Fishberger is a Los Angeles, USA-based pop singer songwriter who I’ve featured once before on this blog. Her track Sweetheart caught my attention and so has her follow up to it. An ode to Miami, the place where she grew up, it’s called Home (305).

Haley wrote the song on a plane between Miami and LA, and she brings the moment to life beautifully with her storytelling lyrics. It’s a stripped-back ballad, led by piano and with delicate strings providing some texture and additional emotion. Yet the star of the show has to be Haley’s vocals, utterly compelling.

It’s another wonderful track from an artist who has been performing since the age of fourteen. One can only imagine what’s next on the horizon from this rising star. You can give Home (305) a listen below.
