Dom Malin is a Birmingham-based acoustic folk singer songwriter who has featured on the blog a few times now, most recently courtesy of his duet with another York Calling favourite, Luna Keller. His latest single is a meditation on grief and it’s called All I Know.

All I Know is an exercise in minimalism. Gentle acoustic guitar gives Dom’s emotive vocals plenty of space to breathe, and allows the weight of his lyrics to come through. It’s a melancholic story but its relatability means you won’t shy away from it, and its big finish is worth waiting for.
