South London indie pop duo Arliston feature regularly on our blog, and never fail to impress with their approach to their craft. Their latest is no exception, a delicately dreamy soft rock number, it’s called How In Heaven.

Arliston describe How In Heaven as a “you don’t know what you’ve got until it’s gone song” so expect heart-break right from the off. For all its regret though, there’s a thread of hope in the track’s composition. It slowly builds with percussion, keys and soulful, passionate vocals.
The duo are made up of Jack Ratcliffe on vocals and George Hasbury on production. For their fourth EP, due out later this year, they’ve teamed up with drummers Sylvan Strauss and Sam Catchpole, as well as Sam Scott and Dan Berry on horns. The EP sounds like it’s going to be a special one on the evidence so far.
